It's nice to see Epic going the extra mile. Naturally I'd be buying UT on PC as always, but due to other priorities, I won't be upgrading my graphics card anytime soon. So I'll gladly settle for the PS3 version.
I don't think people should make that huge of a deal out of comparing both console versions as we don't know YET what the full feature list is for the 360 version is yet.

My PC capture card + external HDD does the job just fine. And I can playback my shows on my PS3 just the same.
From what *I* can see, grass roots PC gamers aren't feeling their "Windows Live" scheme.
