you see, what you fail to realize is that the PS3 has a diverse user base with many different tastes. the 360 has two game (now more or less one) that they wait for and buy: GOW + Halo. it's their bragging rights. we PS3 owners have so many games that we tend to be more picky. some buy Singstar games, Buzz games, platformers, FPS... the list goes on up to LBP (no category. 360 owners are run and gun through and through, which is why Rare fail miserably.

why are these articles still appearing? suggesting that Blu-ray needs to be saved is just plain stupid. why are these people still ignoring the fact that there are 16 million Blu-ray players out there, which doesn't include standalones and that Blu-ray is selling better than DVD did when it was released (with no disc based competition) Blu-ray wouldn't be dead even if every movie studio dropped it tomorrow, it delivers games too

look, i agree that the 360 is a good machine and when it works as it should do, it's a great experience, but you need to ask yourself a few questions: do i really want a machine that i can't trust will last me more than two years? do i really want a machine that isn't offering me free online? do i really want a machine that has a storage medium from last gen? do i really want to watch DVD when everyone is going crazy for Blu-ray? do i really want to carry on downloading games that are sub 1GB...

FREE means better quality... you think that's stupid right? no it isn't. that FREE matters more to devs than it does to us. it means a guaranteed pass to the gamer to download their games and content. the better the service the more likely people will use it more often, so that means even more guaranteed trafic. 360 owners are right! they will never experience a glitch like this in the 360... it cannot create a game with endless possibilities. oh and i find it odd that no-one has mentioned how long it takes to play through the single player mode on GOW... remember RFOM2 is 10 hours plus.
thousands of levels already created and one glitch... that's incredible for a game that MM have no idea what people will do. can you imagine trying to iron out problems in a game when you have no idea of how people will use it?
