Multiplayer is the only reason to buy this game. The story is horrible, the characters are laughable (and not in a good way), the world is under developed, the audio design is messed up, and the animations still arent great after how many patches. With that said, the combat is compelling and the mp is solid. At $20, it's a worthwhile purchase.
It was cracked like day 1 anyways. It sold like garbage because it was a terrible game. Adding Denuvo too it was yet another reason to stay away from the game for a lot of folks. Publisher/developers need to learn that rather than treating consumers like thieves, they need to give consumers compelling reasons to buy your games.

I can respect a developer that continues to improve on their game, especially after all the drama they got for missing features. It's one thing to be upset, but these guys where put through the ringer and treated like they where a multibillion dollar company instead of a small indie studio. Some of that is their fault, but I will never get mad at a developer for being passionate about their game.

WiiU did okay the first year but it never had the hype or prestige of the Switch. Nintendo struck gold with this idea of a hybrid console. People clearly want that experience and its helping push the Switch. On top of that, Nintendo doesn't have the same issues of the first year of the WiiU. The Switch has games, blockbuster games and plenty of them releasing the first year. By the end of the holiday, the Switch will have one of the best line ups of any first year console launch.
Both games run at the same specs, yet you have to pay an additional $100 for the Xbox One X. This is why Sony didn't drop the price. Personally, the specs of the Xbox One X is clearly superior to the PS4 Pro, so why isnt this and many other games 4k60fps?

Nintendo would be stupid not to allow this app to be made for their console. I can see why Sony and Microsoft might be oppose, but this is effectively a round about way for Nintendo to get access to the library of games people have on their PC. 3rd party titles that are likely never going to come to the Switch. Nintendo has nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Multiple layers of storytelling from the horrible writer that wrote Mass Effect: Andromeda. I am sure that story won't be terrible at all.
They actually have the writer from Mass Effect 1 and 2 working on this game. So it will be well written and that is more important than whatever cliche thing they are comparing Anthem too.

If you feel that the PC is the best place for FPS games than thats fine, thats just your opinion. Millions of people love playing there FPS games on console just fine. The real thing this points out is that Destiny 2 should be 4k60fps on Xbox One X, but it isnt because of CPU limitations. So how often is that going to keep being a factor for the Xbox One X? I dont dislike this and the visuals are like a Pixar movie. I do feel like the trailer was trying a little too hard to be all inclusive, but I am not really against that. I know Avatars are still a thing, but there is barely an emphasize on them. I guess they plan on doing something with them that will allow the player to express themselves.
The reality is that if Microsoft had the console lead they would take the same stance. Just look at Aaron Greenberg who is still a talking head for Microsoft. Phil Spencer may be a good guy, but make no mistake Microsoft is playing both side of the coin.
Honestly, I thought the Switch version would look worse. I am surprised it doesn't look worse. The image resolution is messed up, but thats because of the comparison method. Even so, I think that this will actually look solid on Switch, especially in handheld mode.
