This was announced several months after PS4/X1 announcment, so I think all that "target spec" excuse is false, specially from Ubidown. They just did what Ubi is used to do.

That's what I'm concerned of... After playing MGSV, I think this IA must be hand to hand with The Phantom Pain game to at least feel some of the "realism" that this game would want to project.
