WTF, how can you break an Android phone which is open-source based and it allows you to run ANY software you want?
Of course, you can root it. It's also legal. You can flash it with CFW, it's also legal though it voids your warranty (reversable).
The only thing that may be protected are commercial pieces like games from Sony. So that't plainly theft.
Anybody who owns an Android phone will die of LOL when they hear that.
Of course it's time for the next Halo announcement. Maybe some timed crap for CoD and maybe one shooter to make the crowd happy. Announcement of one exclusive for 360 will fuel the fanboys for the next two years so it's enough.

As I wrote elsewhere, I'm going to buy a PSN game today. Some game I never intended to because I wouldn't play it. This way, I'll donate some money to Sony in hope they send this thief to jail. Additionally, I'll support some publisher and the industry.
