However the two currency were on part not that long ago (couple year). People don't get pay raise because the US dollar goes up (and the dollar ratio will probably get even worst soon). However most of the consumer products price goes up since Canada is a small country and a large portion of products come from outside or because the cost of material goes up.
So in effect, for Canadian, it is a significant increase in price.

Sony already confirmed that you can use Dualshock 4 with Morpheus.
I think having Morpheus be able to act as Virtual Theater to run or stream any games available from PS4 would be a big plus. This would mean that Morpheus can be used with much more that a few VR title (initially) which broaden the appeal.
Ideally Morpheus will get PC support too to broaden it's potiential user base.
Even better would be that Morpheus can act as a Virtual Theater by itself (i.e. fix screen display with distortion correction) without a PS4 (just a screen i...
I am looking forward to Sony press conference so they explain what Morpheus will be capable of. Some rumor suggest that Morpheus might be capable of been a stand-alone virtual theater (i.e. been able to display in 2d any HDMI output without the use of a PS4 or PC) in addition to be a VR output for PS4. If this is true then Sony will have a clear winner there.
Well it could outsell the PS4 if Sony market it also as a personal viewer compatible with any HDMI device (just as a viewable personal screen, not VR) at let's say 300$.
With Sony dropping HMZ line, there is strong rumors that Morpheus will also be able to act as personal viewer.
Personal viewer market is pretty small at 1000$ but it's huge at 250-350$ (that the price of a small Tv or computer monitor). How many people would buy this a a second (or third) TV to be able to game/watch TV/movie while the wife or kids are using the other?
If Morpheus can be a display (not VR just a 'huge' screen) for computer, other consoles (PS3, PS...
I had no idea this was coming so soon (next week).
@Volkama
I only played Personna 4 and didn't have any trouble getting into it. I am sure P5 will be the same.
Wow, if that is all gameplay, this should be quite an experience.

I suspect that they will make Morpheus capable of acting as personal display.
Can you image the enormous market if Morpheus can be used as a personal movie TV, PRIVATE computer screen, display for ANY HDMI device (including competitor consoles, PS3, PS TV, TV top boxes, blue ray, etc). ...
If Morpheus could be used as a static screen for any HDMI output (think Sony HMZ personal viewer serie), I see Morpheus selling very well.
Lot's of people are worried about VR being a fad or SONY not supporting Morpheus. If Morpheus can be used as a monitor (for BlueRay, PC, etc) then it's a no brainer, no matter what Sony does or not, if I can still use my Morpheus as a personal TV screen I didn't 'lose' my investment.
Imaging if in addition to that, Sony...
Currently, there is a glitch that allows remote play of Netflix (to PS TV). You need to suspend PS4 with Netflix active then use remote play to use it on the PS TV. This actually works very well.
And yes, you can now do 60FPS.
This just happen with last patch and is likely a bug which probably be removed (aka 'fixed') with next patch.
I would add exploration games and puzzles games to the list but a lot of the suggestions in the article do indeed sound very good match for VR.
Doing Beta to test server capacity can prevent troubled released like Driveclub had. Driveclub is a good game but the server problem at release cause many people not to buy it. Also this give people a good feel of the game to know if it's the type of game for them. I think it's a good thing.
There is actually good financial tax system in place in Canada for multinational corporation. For many of those, it is cheaper to operate from Canada that the US.
You should expect more of those moving to Canada in the near future.
Target coming to Canada was a fiasco from the start. They never did well (they actually just came to Canada a few years ago). They had a huge supply problem, didn't try to adapt to Canadian market.
Instead of starting fresh they started by buying the lease of a chain (Zellers) that was doing poorly. They did little upgrade to those store, charged more and had less inventory that the previous chain. That was a recipe for disaster. Compare it to Walmart which adapted very well to C...
Don't even need to download them now. All you need is to go to playstationstore and 'purchase' them on your account(even if your not PSN plus).
Once you do that, they are then now part of your library and you can download them (free) afterward whenever you feel like it.
Remember though that today is the last day you can 'purchase' them free.
I hope they will give a official name to project Morpheus and announce a release date.
I understand that countries outside NA generally pay more for the games which sucks for you for which you have my sympathy. Canada is part of NA market however.
When the US dollar become weak the price of games in the US stay the same (game price don't go up). If the US dollar become strong, the price of games don't go down.
The 'norm' for the Canadian/US dollar is the Canadian dollar been just under the US dollar but close to parity.
You could argue t...
