You could say the exact same thing about used cars then. Why should you be allowed to sell the car you bought after you have finished with it because you never put a cent into making it.

On PS3 you can only add funds into your wallet in 5s, 10s, 15s ect. So if your DLC is £3 or £8, you end up over paying by adding 5£ or £10.

There is no reason why they cant release it on PSN and in stores at the same time. People who cant download it can buy it on disc, people who can download it and are willing to, could...
I have 4 Xbox live accounts. All 4 silver because I am not paying for online, I only made them to get the free month of live when there was something I wanted to play. I also have 3 PSN accounts, 1 Europe which is my main one and an American and Japan one too.
In the UK, all psn new games are 49.99. Who in their right mind is going to pay that for mass effect 3 when you can get a disc version for 34.99. It just doesn't make sense.
