Never really been into japanese games, not saying they are bad. Just not my thing, well most of them.
Obviously GT5 and some others, mainly racing games for me.
But Sony should really be pushing the PS3/VITA like mad over there.

GTA4 did have higher rez on 360, but also worse shadows.
Considering the engine was built ground up for the 360. R thought they just be able to dump 360 code on the PS3. Then panicked when they realised there wasn't enough ram.
Seriously i can understand people wanting PS3 games working sweet on PS4.
But PS1/PS2.
I know it's not all about graphics. But it's time to move on. PS1/PS2 games have been played to death.

I don't have a 3ds, and i'm not really into handhelds much.
But what has 3DS got other then price that Vita hasn't.
Obviously 3ds has some japanese games for itself, but other then mario, is there a massive difference in games, or is it the fact of using DS games on the 3ds?
It's openish. Compared to some games.
The lighting is what sets it apart from other halo's.
The lacking thing is the explosions and halo can spend more textures on floor or rocks etc. Because buildings are lacking textures, just shinny.
It's a very clear looking game, but technically it's not better then kz2/3 and those are war games.
Over it's a great looking game for the 360.

As for graphics. Buildings have no textures. Lighting is decent. There's not much environmental fx.
The game does not push alot of polys.
