The PhysX in batman is laughable.
Batman is a decent looking game, I've got it on PC. But they are just trying to sell a product, just like that poor mafia game.
I run crysis3 on ultra, but PS4 will easily be at that level and more. I run BF3 on ultra which for me is awesome with 64 players. destruction. But the destruction has no weight.
I'm just going to laugh my ass off when they show that stupid light show coming out of the nextbox, what a load of total crap.

Ju, your spot on, trouble is with a pc, even with titan from NVidia, on a pc platform you are not going to get the performance from it that the numbers show. simple reason you cannot get deep into the hardware. Yes it will still look amazing and pc games already look amazing.
That is very impressive quality and takes a dump on the cgi from the original killzone.

Killzone looked impressive and it's very early days for all games mentioned.
@Retrofly i'm sure there will be other elements to many of the games, but BF3 has tons of post processing, and a sun so bright it would wipe out the earth, a torch that blinds you in daylight. As much as I love the game, some things are silly.

I actually think Big KEN thought the PS3 could render what was displayed. Tretton knows nothing of graphics. He is PR man.
Ken knows about processors, but not graphics ones. That's why they ran to Nvidia at the end, Ken thought the cell could pump out everything. Don't get me wrong as they did well with it later one with some stunning games.

I think for retail games, you insert disc into ps4, notices uncharted. Uses gaikai to stream it.
As for online purchases, that's a shame.
But I've never bought a new console to play old games.
I get bored of old games and want the next best thing.
I've played to death all my ps3 titles anyway.
