I want it so I don’t need multiple headsets? If I have psvr2 and it works on my pc as well, I don’t need to get an index or oculus. That way I can play the PlayStation exclusives and the titles not on the console.
This isn’t hard to understand.
They don’t make any sense. They’re acting like the headset is this magical thing. It’s just a headset. Making it work for multiple platforms is the best idea. Imagine locking a TV to one console.
And VR is best on PC at the moment.
I hope it’s pc compatible. I don’t want 2 headsets. Most of the VR games are on PC and I’d like to play the exclusive PlayStation ones too. If it’s not compatible then quest it is. Making it compatible would be a win win for Sony. My dual sense works on my Pc so why shouldn’t psvr2?

Been waiting for psvr2 before I buy VR. I want ONE headset I can use between my pc and ps5. If it’s not compatible with pc I won’t be buying and I’ll go the index route. There’s far more and better VR Pc games at the moment because that’s where the main audience for VR is. Sony would be dumb to not tap into that.

Why would the games need to come to pc? The psvr isn’t going to be doing anything different than the index does.
I can use my dual sense on Pc. Why can’t I play my copy of miles morales on Pc?

It’s not “port begging”. I’d rather have ONE headset I can use rather than needing to buy 2. If I have to choose between using VR exclusively on ps5 or PC, I’m going with PC like most people did. That’s where all the big popular VR games are at the moment.
