Believe it when I see it
She should get involved in EQII or Eve Online that'll take her mind off her woes.
The Conan PS3 game had plenty of nudity and gore so what is the big deal with a PC MMORPG of a similar nature?
I for one am really looking forward to this. I intend to collect Pictish heads for a hobby.
They would have a lot more downloads if they were faster at keeping the second class EU customers up to date with the much loved USA customers.
This will encourage people to leave the PS3 on standby rather than switching it off properly even when they dont have anything planned for recording.
I already have a freeview recorder (had it for years) so I dont really need another one straight away. Might wait until it has been around for a while before getting one, that way I can wait for the record during game software upgrade and any other tweaks that come along.
The 360 using BT vision is not a good thing...
I was under the impression that Pain was to be released in the EU by the end of January. Yet again we are let down in favour of the other more important customers in America & Japan :o(
US update was almost as bad as the EU update. Our update was just a crap one that the US had weeks ago.
There are two channel receiving devices so you can watch one and record another.
*Shock* Something is coming out in the EU before the US, this is purely because the US digital TV facilities are not up to scratch if they were we would probably not see this for another few months. We are still second class customers in the EU.
You can record in HD but only if the broadcasts are made in HD. In the UK there are no Freeview channels broadcasting in HD (yet).

I must admit that this game had not really appealed to me that much for some reason. However the lack of negative reviews has me reconsidering. Perhaps I will obtain it tomorrow as a present to myself.
I have always been on the fence regarding this game. It sounds like a good idea but it is difficult to believe it will turn out as promised. I guess that could be the reason for the delay. Nevertheless there are other things to do so I am not too worried.
I will be p*ssed off however if they release it in US and Japan before the EU. Same day (or at least same week) for everyone please
cos my PS3 now plays DIVX, I have just tested it and it works.
I can finally watch my movie collection on my HDTV without trailing a DVI to HDMI lead all that way ;op
I used to be a front line member of greenpeace however upon finding that they pay their boss £46.000 PA I realised that my contributions were going into someones pocket and not into the planet (something to do with them being a business rather than a charity). They are also a bit too human friendly for my liking.
My charitable donations have since been diverted into other non humanitarian charities.
As far as I am concerned they cannot be trusted with my &...
This is gonna suck.
I agree that there should be better means of getting stuff from the US page. I doubt that any of my credit cards will permit me to do that as they are registered to my UK address. Paypal might be a good idea.
I would like to play Pain. I would like to do so BEFORE Christmas seeing that both the additional characters are Christmas themed.
I also do not see the truth in the EU region licensing issues. I can purchase and download software from the US via the Int...
We need less videos to wet the appetite (starving now) perhaps a release is in order PLEASE :oP
I have to admit that I have pretty much forgotten about Home now. Interest has wained to the point where I dont care when it is released.
I was just on MSN to a friend in the US who rated this game as an over-rated coaster. Suffice to say I will give it a miss.
Coke is better IMO. Pepsi is so sweet and acidic that you can actually feel your tooth enamel dissolve.
Dell is overpriced IMO and it is more rewarding (and usually better quality) to build your own PC from components.
The equilivent of my PC from dell would cost around £800.00 I built it for £550.00. It doesnt look as pretty as a Dell but it works just fine.
This is total BS
For a start I think they would call it APARTMENT or ROOM rather than FLAT. There is no way Sony would use a English term like Flat as they have no liking for EU or UK customers. Apartment would better suit their beloved American patrons.
