The frame rate drop wasn't that bad... The sloppy controls are what ruined it for me.

If you really want to find out which President was the worst, do some research; look at historical polls, job approval ratings, and what not. You'll be surprised to find that some of the Presidents that you thought were good, weren't all that great and those that were crap, weren't all that bad.

It's not just video games. Go look at some major lingerie retailers, like Victoria's Secret and Frederick's of Hollywood. They won't allow nipples for lace or gossamer bras. They will show cameltoe and thonged butt cheeks like it's nothing, but they will NOT show nipples. Research into the reason found that it is because female nipples in advertising is considered too vulgar.
