Why do the fanboys say there're no problems with exclusive sales, but there're articles like these?
So... For those who bought it and played it, do you still have? Or does GameStop have your copy of it now?
Luckily PC servers can restrict things like: no use of certain rockets, auto-boot for multiple TKing with in a certain time, and best of all restricting the # of snipers.
It's only bad to those who don't know a thing about Saint's Row.
Yeah... staged.
I can get a friend to play as the enemy and have them sit on a distant building so I can do a record head shot and then boast about it, too... but then I'd be like those posting below.
Yes, they will. And thus will put the think machine into full motion on how to quasi-legally oppress its customers even further.
I've been waiting for this. That previous beta that they released for Skyrim's ambient occlusion caused some rather funky effects.
Agree!
But you have to remember, only about 40% of the population lives in major cities (approx 160 cities) and in a rather large majority of those cities Internet is very limited. In the rural areas, it's like most other 3rd world countries and Internet is non-existent.
Also, Chinese are notorious for using BOTs to inflate counts... especially on iPhone apps.
不要相信!
Maybe a Sony Erickson killer, but not an iPhone killer.
I love it! But what's best about it are the responses. Now, if someone where to write such a eulogy for the Xbox360, it'd get flamed to pieces! But the PS3? Nah! You, kind and caring Sir, have our condolences.
MaxBox99,
I agree. I, myself, have played the game for a total of 85 hours, and I have only finished the Mage's School, Champions, and now I'm working on the main quest. After that, I'm going to work on the Thieves Guild and the Assassin's Guild. All of which, I start a new character each time.
Supposedly Windows 8 will have an Xbox emulator in it. IMO, it's doubtful, but it would be make a lot of PC gamers happy!
Apples to Apples is a party card game. It can be a lot of fun, especially when you have a boisterous group to play with. I can only imagine giving a video game based on the card game a 3/5 as generous. But I've yet to try it on XBLA.
"And apparently I don't blink..."
Weird! He doesn't!
Personally, I'd rather have booth babes in lacey thongs and half-cup bras telling me about the PS3 and what not...
I've gotten to the point to where I don't care about Rising.
Have you played Skyrim and then gone back to Oblivion? The difference in mechanics (not referring to graphics) is greater than between Morrowind and Oblivion. Though, Morrowind's spell crafting and enchanting was phenomenally more fun (albeit broken) than both Oblivion and Skyrim's.
But the last time there was a 75% off deal, I bought Oblivion Deluxe GOT Edition. Damn good game... Just Morrowind and Skyrim are better.
I'm sorry... But read the damn article before you post!
"Like many American cities, Waldorf, Maryland has a "Shop with a Cop" program in which underprivileged kids receive gift cards, paid for by charity donors, and then shop, well, with a cop."
I dunno... 83 on Metacritic isn't bad. In fact it's should always be considered downright GREAT! But, the title is about being "Overhyped" and I recall quite a bit of hype for R3. As to whether or not it was overhyped, that's within the eye of the beholder. And well... we are bashing an Xbox site over this.
Ummm... Guys...
Japan doesn't celebrate Christmas like western countries do. They do not go out and buy tons of gifts for their families and friends. And if they do buy a gift, it's a simple one for their girlfriend or boyfriend. Which means there really isn't a "Holiday Shopping Season" in Japan. The only thing remotely similar is the New Year's Sale; and a majority of that is for clothing and fashion, not electronics.
Also, many co...
