I'm sure a few Switch owners will be excited about this statement. I figured PC support was the standard these days considering the PS4/XBOX architecture.
I'm disappointed that the Switch version can't hit 60fps, but at the same time I'm impressed by the Xbox One X. 4K60fps is no easy task.
I will be AMAZED if the Xbox One X can run PUBG at 60FPS. My computer is mid-high end and it really used to struggle with the frame rate in PUBG. The dream is that PUBG runs at a solid 60FPS, but I'm thinking it's probably limited to 60FPS meaning it'll drop in action-heavy scenarios.
Originally I didn't think much of this game when it was revealed at E3, but the final game really proved me wrong. Hopefully Guerrilla continue to make these games!
This is fantastic. Every player needs to exploit this before it gets patched out!
So will we be needing one season pass or several?
I doubt we'll see any real difference, but I'd love to be proven wrong.
There is basically no real reason for the developers to do this. Modern gaming is great, but this type of thing is so frustrating.
I'd prefer to hear this coming from a big developer rather than an indie team. No offense, but I can't imagine a game like Mantis Burn Racing is going to push the system to its limits.
That's a bold claim considering what Microsoft have shown with the Scorpio and the latest Forza game.
My PC with a GTX 1080 can't even run Ark smoothly, good luck to the Xbox One X haha.
He's right. As a PC gamer, I love how I can take my Switch with me on the go (which is primarily how I use it).
You'd think the developers of this series would know what their fans truly want. The marketing truly was all over the place with Halo 5, I'm sure they won't make an expensive mistake like that again.
This is fantastic news. I hope the devs can use this money to put it towards a mutliplayer department. That's the only thing missing from the Just Cause games!
I agree with his comments regarding VR. There still hasn't been a killer app yet and I'm not sure when we will receive it.
I'd say Microsoft delivered on their promise. The Scorpio looks to be the most powerful console specs wise, but we'll see how good it is by Q4. Microsoft's biggest problem is the lack of games right now, not how powerful their machine is.
I'd much rather Nintendo focus on frame rate in the future rather than what the game looks like. Zelda runs at a stable frame rate (for the most part). I'd hate to see how it would run if the game looked better.
After playing Shovel Knight on the Switch, I would absolutely like to see more indie games come to Nintendo's new platform. I'm glad to hear Nintendo are improving their relationship with indie developers, it makes it all the more likely we'll get games like Spelunky and Rocket League!
It already has had success. PSVR supposedly has sold over two million units worldwide.
This is good to know. To be fair to those developers listed, wouldn't you prefer if Fable 4 was made by a premium developer?
