Broken Sword FTW!
Although, I would prefer it on PC of course :)
That would be awesome, hilarious and nothing short of epic :)
D?
You know how people are sometimes...
Either way Jeff, it's too late now, the game is out. The end!
Internal affairs should probably look into this one though...
I don't think it can constitute as the biggest fail ever because for one, a lot of people were not expecting a lot from the game. Secondly, EA did not put their heart and soul into it as they said when talking about the game. And three, the game isn't that bad right? I have played soooo much worse.
I would imagine they will only come with subtitles as that is how the majority of them are released.
The more subtitled films you watch the more you get used to it though. After a while it just comes natural and you forget that it is subtitled.
That's my experience anyway.
Someone who agrees with me.
Yes the games graphics are good (at times), etc etc, but as a video game, its gameplay is atrocious.
I have no idea why everyone is simply brushing off this fact merely because it is self-referential, and has comic books in it. And for the the funny part, nope! It's really not. It's childish and fails to keep up with other more impressive arcade games.
My point was specifically regarding 3D tech and motion capture and the games associated with that. I'm not just supporting 2D either, 2D gaming is more of a statement that strips video games down to their core. MineCraft, is undeniably a retro games though. Yes it is 3D, but it's not based on jumping out of the screen towards you etc
George Stobbart, I'm playing through the first 2 again after getting them on Steam. Still funny as to this day!
Well my Halo: CE plays on my 360 so you should be good!
My worries are that the game will either be repetitive or be too focused on special effects, which of course are going to be essential. But for me the game was made 'epic' due to the contrast of the boy and the colossi which was enhanced the by vast landscapes and general silence throughout the game.
Oh I agree with you there, I never said they HAD to be Japanese I just presumed they were probably going to be. I'm guessing the dialogue in this film will be quite minuscule anyway so language isn't too much of a barrier.
Surely it will be Japanese actors though right?
And she annoys me, guh!
This looks pretty good, yeah it's similar to 'those who must not be named', but who cares? I hope fanboys don't moan too much about this title, I personally think it will be on par to todays standard at last for the MoH series.
Gun was brilliant but I don't think it garners a sequel as Red Dead has pretty much done it.
I'm still hoping for a Beyond Good and Evil sequel, damn teasers!
You have a fair point. I just want to clarify that the original author of this article doesn't even know I have posted it on here so it was never written simply for hits.
I'm fed up of publishers and adverts trying to push the latest tech etc. Yes new tech is awesome...for about a month. Then what? An interesting game shouldn't need 3D or motion control, it should be interesting through it's core, it's initial design. It's the same with films, what difference does it really make if I am watching it in 3D? Waste of money.
re-enacting Saw. It doesn't get much better than putting 5-6 Sims in a house removing certain doors etc and then continue to watch them wither away. To spice things up you miraculously start random fires, raise walls behind them and give them one thing that is useless without another item. As they die off open up walls so they all start crying out the sight of the urn...those who murmur "I wanna play a game" get bonus points.
...what I was thinking. I mean what do you expect them to say when looking for a gameplay engineer? And as far as I can remember all of the titles in the CoD series have been described as intense moment to moment action" and "player immersion to a new level". This is not news on the game at all, you have posted a job position and generated a little heat because N4G is like that.
