The consoles are so far behind PCs it's hilarious, so why would they not push gaming as far as possible instead of being about 5 years behind like the consoles?
I have yet to play this game, but from what I have heard, "a missed opportunity" sums it up nicely.

This is a different developer, plus this is not a retail game; its a much smaller downloadable title. If anything, it seems the developers were relying on the success of the previous Ghostbusters title for a quick buck and so they half assed it.
