It's sad how much corporate pressures people in regards to PRPs, and the like. It turns perfectly nice people into mean pushy salesmans - and they can't ignore the requirements if they want to feed their families.
It's the main reason why I got out of sales as quick as possible.

I could care less about trophies, but achievements make me replay a select few games for the fun of it.

Not huge into indie, but Super Meat Boy looks great.
Mega Man games aren't really "do this until you get it right". If you click with Mega Man, you won't need to die over and over.
Same goes for Demon's Souls.

What if you hate said genre, but can't "see the light" as it were? That's doing a disservice to consumers, who are relying on your review to help make a decision.
I'm a core gamer, and I LOVED playing RE5: Move at E3. I rocked that shit, and crushed shanty town pretty easily.
To me, that makes the game even more fun.
