Nah, it's more likely they were supposed to have the PS4 tag on them but someone made an error, but that does mean (if I'm correct of course,) that they'll get on the PS4 at some point.

Ha, Vita got this a long time ago. Since last year the PS Vita has barely existed in retail. Games are bundled in with old PSP games, sometimes hidden behind them. Then here in Germany the Vita isn't being promoted nearly enough, either. I went to my 9 different places last week to find a PS Vita memory card, not a single place had them in stock and couldn't tell me when they would. At least the Wii U is still being acknowledged at retail.
Yeah, he came out and said that afterwards, most likely to save face. Sony hasn't properly supported the vita in a long time, plus they refer to pstv as a legacy platform too.
Way i see it, you're getting 3 great games and a multiplayer demo. It's not that bad, plus, the single player has always been the selling point

I think ubi are trying to give people a better impression this time around. Get people in, get them trying to game (which will most likely run flawlessly on a top-end PC) then those people will spread the word that it's better than Unity etc etc
