I believe art direction is the main component of Fallout visuals and as long as they nail those there will not be a problem. From the trailer it looks amazing in that respect so far.

I never had an issue with Fallout 3 / New Vegas when it came to graphics. Easily some of my most played and favourite games of last gen.

I'll take 60fps anyday of the week.
Both are important but a game running smooth is the most important thing about graphics bar none.
You can have the prettiest game in the world at 1080p but if the frame rate is up and down its useless.
Honestly I would prefer developers lock their games at 30 or 60 fps and hit 1080p. A locked frame rate even at 30fps is better than a developer aiming for 60fps and its ends up jumping around from 40-60...
