lol i thought so since ac2, but kids of today are crazy about the next generic experience.
i wouldn‘t allow naming of subpar and anti customer companies in my games either.
both the same. rdr2 got the better graphics, but witcher the way better setting.
well, uncharted 4 was pretty boring, so not really an achievement there.
they went for eye candy rather than building things from the ground. building things from the ground is very cost intensive, you know. costs need to be kept low and the income high for it to become a lucrative business. if you don‘t do that you don‘t have a business. yep, gaming is no charity, it‘s a business.
they don‘t want to. they got a completely different segment of customers. they are serving to casual gamers with no real clue about what gaming can be. a bit like like the switch does.
the same reason ea tweaks its variables for fifa each year. you as a paying customer must have the impression that you are playing a new game.
my guess is they still will not bother to meet industry standards with this one *shrugs*
so looking forward to this one. didn‘t read the article. a random dude on the internet didn‘t like it because it was not arcadey enough and probably bevause it got no fps view with a gun. that‘s none of my business. therefore no click revenue provided from my side ;-)
well, captain obvious. that rdr2 would be only more of the same was clear since they announced it first. it didn‘t need a rocket scientist to figure this one out. fanboys were quick to insult everyone who pointed this out. but did this quite obvious statement really need a blog post in a news portal? what‘s next? something like „i clicked on a game and it startet to run“? really...
this cinematic mode is really dumb as you correctly pointed out. it is not very usable during gameplay. it is really riddling to me why they implemented this. even more riddling is the info value of this blogpost.
because of clickrevenue
these numbers feel like right out of the twilight zone. totally eerie and unreal.
stability as in: closing the exploitation gaps
funny how „can‘t afford a 4k tv“ turns into belittling it. belittling 4k over 1080p is either a sign of a small wallet or utter cluelessness.
this was a really bad rpg for the ds back in the day. repushing this and rereleasing it every felt 6 months doesn‘t make the game any better.
the first rdr was also on pc, so it is not like a very huge big surprise that rdr2 will also come to pc. but by the time this will be out on pc i will be already done with the game, so...no repurchase for slightly better graphics from my side.
they should rather do a VR version. i mean, they are releasing this on every capable platform. a vr version should be standard these days.
as ugly as f76 looks there should be no reason that the weak switch system ca‘t run this. it‘s more like „wasn‘t doable“ means „nintendo treating publishers as garbage and bethesda just said no“. like i do with the switch. i mean, lines must be drawn somewhere.
i will rather wait with my wallet for the next solo adventure.
sorry, it‘s only a sequel aka more of the same. pretty underwhelming to begin with.
