why do you still cry about no npc‘s? this game is not to continue the fallout lore . this game is a pure generic online experience where the focus lies on microtransactions and copy protection. blind brand loyalty can be really fatal and clouding one‘s vision.
how else can you check where the breaking point of your customers is? it‘s like a dentist who doesn‘t numb your nerves to see when the patient cries out loud if he went deep enough.
the only kind of „spin“ i can see is people who are still convinced that the xoxbox‘ main busines is being a game console. while in reality the xobox just so happens to also playing games. big difference. so, in their field they were and are successful. like this other subgadget. i am sure that amongst their target group they are successful. it‘s just not the gamers that get targeted ;-)
because marketing 101: the product always gets created in people‘s heads. given the overpopulation on the planet the amount of people who are creating a stellar product in their minds can keep a company alive that only got vaporware. well played, i say.
this is very fitting. one is a dinosaur and half a tribute band - but gets sold as if the band was still alive and not only a brand the other one a dead industry kept alive by marketing, hype and scams.
death to all remasters. seriously.
i am not so sure that „rockstar will work it out“ means what you fans are wishing for
online portions are always the weakest part of any game. that‘s in the limited nature of these modes. i wish they started selling their online crap separately as a standalone thingy. it doesn‘t matter if people don‘t play an online mode or if they don‘t play a standalone version. those who only play online do not want more than a generic experience. they only want to do a bunch of headshots. how lame can gaming get? as lame as the people who are buying it, i know. but that doesn‘t keep me fro...
oh another blogpost stating that the game is bad. way to go, bloggers. maybe the 732 other blogposts that stated the same were not clear enough, eh?
i like this franchise, will finally purchase today after they pulled their dickmove with „pay 20 bucks more to play it 2 days early, pay 10 bucks more to play it 1 day early“ the last couple days. i mean, wtf!? it‘s not that the game is any better bigger or faster when you play it 2 days early. i don‘t know what baffles me more. that they are getting away with this or that there are people out there who actually are falling for this.
online modes are so pointless. generic asf.
because all those forced online games are generic as can be?
at first i wanted to buy when i saw this on psn. what pushed me away was the overly generic gameplay engine. a 0815 engine with a famous license tucked on is a low effort in my book. low efforts should not be bought.
looking forward to this one. i am so in for the next round of mindles and over the top fun. that‘s what videogames are all about.
stopped watchinf the show when negan showed up, sorry devs, this is not an advertisement for your stale franchise.
making another darksiders seemed like a brainfart to begin with. but every kid that is going to buy a copy when it will be discounted will lead to yielding a little bit of profit. so i guess we will see a darksiders 4 eventually although no one wants it. sales are the reason we will get an even lower installment next time.
why is this battle royale mode still a thing? i mean, every battle royale plays out the exact same way. no matter the game title. i am impressed by how low the majority of gamers are aiming.
that many, wow. will be soon f2p i guess.
so you are going to buy their next games without emotion rather than enjoying the weeks before the purchase. is that the difference now that you are not fans anymore? that‘ll show them.
it is pretty clear that they did not want to pay any more licenses for this retro thingy. so they included them as hidden content so they can claim „they hacked it we did not intend these titles to be included“. everybody seems to win when in reality everyone except sony loses because who wants to seriously play these games in 2018.
