Hideo is the epitome of an overrated... oh cut that. I forgot the many, many fanboys who are mixing up good narration with Hideo's weird output.
so, everyone who is stating that it is still p2w also bought the game? so you are coming here ranting about how pathetic the game is while you said to the publisher by giving money "oh yes, more of that, please"?
all thumbs down. in my personal opinion: nintendo is still crap with no clue. no matter how many people are getting tricked into thinking otherwise. i'd rather toss my money down the gutter than spending it on anything remotely nintendo. and i'm feeling damn good about it. just wished more people had a sense for quality and showed them the way out.
the only thing that is in real trouble is the dudes and dudesses who are stuck in the past. unable to embrace new business models. acting accordingly (keeping your buying impulse in check, etc.), get a job to being able to afford your games as soon there will be no more retail.
ea on the other hand is doing just fine and will do so for a long time.
it was really about time this very lame console generation got a tennis title.
console gens need less multiplayer shooters, imo.
in all seriousness, if the gaming industry went 100% online-multiplayer that would be the day i quit gaming for good. i would take my big fat wallet and would take it to other vendors of stuff.
i watched the trailer and immediately was pushed away. the hipster setting of ff15 is beyond cringeworthy. no intention to go back to this setting. and then a freaking fishing game? are we on a nintendo gadget or what? this thing is a total miss.
the immersion breaks every few moments due to the nature of the game was designed as a conventional experience. these kind of ports no one needs. it's like those very cheap 3D movies where movies from the 80s had been treated afterwards with a very bad alibi 3D effect. i mean, it's "nice" (skyrim vr) to see the world for a few short moments... until the eyecancer sets in. i would never play this game in its entirety in VR. but i wonder how many more times they are going to ...
after having read this blogger‘s review i had to scratch my head. the game is full of new content, does stuff right, but the blogger had a bad day? or he got butthurt by his mom over a debate who had to load the dishwashing machine? 3.5 makes no sense at all. the ONLY argument he brought was „there is no longevity due to the olympic topic“. guess what: i stopped the main game of steep also after a few weeks. like i do with every game. so, there is really no counter argument here except for ma...
sorry, we all know nintendo switch titles are 10/10. clickbait article.
many gamers and bloggers seem to be completely delusional by thinking they are somehow forcing ea or some other company into doing something they don‘t like.
there is only 1 way to tell companies what to do and this 1 way is not going to happen because all gamers do is create a storm in a teacup by going to forums and rant about the way of the world. and then they go out to pay money for the next ripoff title because they are bored or mother bought it for them. and ka-ching another ...
nice game. only letdown is that it is just more of exactly the same. have my fun with it, but the bad taste of repetition stays back.
i didn‘t like the hipster setting, the characters were dull. game engine very stiff. couldn‘t even be bothered finishing it. must have stopped halfway through. just not a very good ff game.
umm, excuse me. this is a nintendo exclusive. would you please pull a 10/10? last thing i heard the switch was world domination. a world dominating gadget cannot produce games below 10/10. sheesh.
didn‘t play these games. the first one looked horrible. the second one was ridiculous with that 10k kills trophy. by the time the third came along i got the feeling it was just different maps and levels. a very low effort. so there you go. no effort equals no hit.
this sounds like much more indies :-/
you obviously never played odyssey on the ps3. gameplay of horizon is very similar concerning mechanics. horizon is also way too repetitive to impress me as a whole. during middle to end of the game i was so annoyed that there were not more mech models or a bit of an intetresting quest system. there are just things missing to make it that hit every kid wants to tell me it is. don‘t get me started with the lame story and the lame redhaired chicky.
you know, you CAN tell if a...
imagine the tonloads of additional cash they could have reeked in with an MT-casino. on top of the ridiculous amount they are making with their online crap. i would have taken the bullet and cashed in bigtime. obviously people want to get ripped off badly.
what? lol?
what about the unnecessity of the whole title because the multiblah online shooter market is oversaturated?
