both of you are wrong. it's not as easy as a country just being "broke", as there are many factors that weigh into it. however, the united states is far from having the best economy in the world. they are about 17 trillion dollars in debt as of this year... hong kong actually has the best economy in the world right now.
but i liked the galatine's unique charge though. not to mention it felt more badass to be wielding a sword of the galatine's size with that much speed. now it's slow and cumbersome by comparison which makes it feel less satisfying to use. i like how the melee has it's own stance now, but the attack speed nerfs were way too much, imo. i would have preferred them to nerf the firearms over what they did to the melee weapons.
1/10 people is actually a great attach rate. halo, which is ms' biggest franchise averages the same amount.
consoles were never known to be the most powerful gaming machines on the market. they compete with other consoles but that's it. it's the developers that make the games impressive. you don't need a lot of power to get good results.
