Telling someone how to use the control stick does seem excessive.
It must have been a nightmare for Bioware to make sure the plot of this series takes into account the player's choices from the previous games.
This is the first the The Masters is in the game, so I can see promoting that. Of course, for Tiger nothing defeats a bad public image better than winning.
Nice semi-retrospective on the game.
Digital: A Love Story sounds really interesting.
Kingdom Hearts Re:coded - another chance to ponder eternal questions. What is the value of the heart? Can a broken friendship be healed? Will SquareEnix ever announce Kingdom Hearts 3?
I like that players can choose peaceful solutions in these games, even if they didn't have to.
I was really into getting all the collectables in the N64 Banjo Kazooie game. I don't know if I should be proud of this or not.
Stay classy Duke Nukem
Nobody sets out to make a bad game, but disagreements over reviews are always going to happen between critics and developers. The same has been true for movies.
So no matter what time period Marty is in Biff's ancestor is always a jerk. Does the eternal spirit of 80s bully cliches haunt his family or something?
As a writer creating a fully realized narrative instead of a string of cutscenes must be extremely difficult. Props to those who do it well.
Extremely original idea for a game. Sounds great.
The success of the kinect is going to be based on the software. Other than that there will still be room for traditional controllers because just as an arcade stick isn't good for a first-person shooter not all genres will be good for a motion controller.
Tensions about the Vietnam War are still touchy. Anyone remember the 2004 election? Game developers have the right to publish games based on wars, but I think it's still odd to play a video game and be an active participate as compared to watching Apocalypse Now or another war movie as a passive viewer.
Where is that picture from?
I didn't realize I had to choose between the pipe shortcut and the 1up.
Insomniac's card is great.
QTEs are tricky things. Still, who doesn't want to hug Leonardo da Vinci?
What a great story.
