Go Go Go Gadget MAV Chopper.
And so, the journey of the Machoborn begins.
Truthfully, I think this stems more down to what kind of game it is. A game that is engaging, thought provoking, derives it's themes from reality, whether that be other cultures, religion, etc. will definitely influence a child's creativity if they choose to incorporate it into things they like to do such as drawing or writing. I know a game like Silent Hill can definitely influence people's creativity because of the heavy symbolism that Team Silent put into the game. A lot of that...
I would have put any mission that has you babysit/escort a poorly controlled AI npc. Those kind of things are nightmares to complete sometimes.
I just hope they fix the glitch when you equip the QBU-88 and MG36 on the new maps.
Those looked pretty cool. Pretty creative with that Haze mod.
Definitely agree. After seeing that, we finally see more new light on the actual gameplay itself. Yeah, it does need certain changes here and there like getting rid of the weird stop motion thing after each attack and well...cheesy sounding dialogue, but it does look very good. I definitely wish that they showed this during that VGA thing because truthfully the trailer they showed didn't do it justice. In terms of the story for this game, we'll just have to wait and see when it comes ...
@bitboi
I definitely understand what you're talking about and do agree with you bitboi. Like you I'm, well, kinda of a sucker for the Metal Gear series. I've played AC!D, bought all the dlc for MGO2, Portable Ops, Peace Walker, Subsistence, re-bought MGS1 for my PS3/PSP, etc. I've enjoyed the whole lot of them. I'm definitely not trying to bash it either because I'm pretty much with, 99% certainty, that I'm gonna play this and definitely will give ...
I don't think it's so much that idea with fans. Of course, some fans don't like it because it doesn't play exactly like the past games in the series, but for some it has a lot to do with the fact that Platnium Games is in charge of the gameplay design of this installment now and they're not happy about it. I mean come on, the latest trailer had gameplay that looked exactly like Bayonetta, poorer visuals and even more over the top action( even though MGS has had plenty of m...
"The producer also confirmed that Zandatsu, the idea that was shown for the past two E3s, is no longer a main game concept. It still exists in the game, but is not the focus of the game. Yuji also said that they are developing the game with western audience in mind, and are even considering the option of not releasing the game in Japan, as long as it pleases the western audience. Suggests that the game will possibly release in the West first."
This has nothing to do with ple...
Especially when the trailer was ending and it kept playing that same annoying rift with the title.
I really hope this stuff doesn't get out of hand to the extreme in the future of online gaming. I don't mean the foul language used by players, but the developers thinking that they need punish people for what they say based upon the opinion of other players who are spiteful and/or thin skinned. I understand there are user agreements when playing the online portion of the game which is not rated by the ESRB, but the front of the box does say M for mature, so don't act surprise whe...
I want these guys to go back to their Squaresoft days. I hated how Bushido Blade was kinda killed off.
I don't understand why some people are getting upset thinking "Oh these are video games, they're not supposed to be realistic!"
Look at how many games in the market that aren't realistic though. Are a few games that are going to adhere more to realism gonna hurt the market, let alone the experience of other gamers? Plus, more realistic FPS games have a fan base and unfortunately they can't get the same experience with games like COD. I would like to see more ...
The people who are employed by private military companies are not 'mercenaries', they are security contractors. This is a misconception that many anti-PMC people are guilty of.
"Rep. Jan Shakowsky was galled at the idea that Blackwater, a company she says has become synonymous with the misconduct of private military companies, had created a video game that seems to equally trivialize war and boast about Blackwater's heroic efforts to protect aid workers."...
It sucked when they had to close. I can't remember how long I spent playing the Battlefront games and especially Mercenaries Playground of Destruction. Mercenaries was one of my favorite PS2 games.
Pro
Spec Ops mode has been improved upon and is a lot more fun than the one featured in MW2.
Con
The respawn system has progressively gotten worse with each COD installment.
Survival mode should bump the player count to 4 for a real sense of being part of a team.
All I ask is that you patch out a majority of the game breaking bugs and glitches BEFORE releasing your final product.
I definitely agree with you on that radphil because it is frustrating to see religious nut cases use their faith as a governing tool, but luckily, here in Western society, it hasn't gotten to the point where we take blunt knives and smite the infidels at their necks and shouting Allahu Akbar every 2 seconds killing people because of a different faith, nationality and what tribe they belong to. We definitely have people that act intolerant about these things here with hate crimes committed ...
That's why I miss the PS1/Dreamcast/N64 days. You could pick up a gaming magazine back then and see a humongous variety in genres that had really made you think "Hey I wanna play that game!". Yeah, some games were realllllly bad and some were exceptionally good, but the experience for each game wasn't always the same one.
