The ps3 is NOT boring, it just has the best exclusive games right now. The PC is struggling to get any interesting games that don't come out for consoles as well. But yeah, the Xbox360 and the Ps3 can't beat the PC, king of FPS.
I have a good laptop (good enought to play many games), I have a desktop PC gaming rig, a Ps3 and a Ps2.
I spend a lot of time on my Ps2 (I bought it not so long ago, in order to play those classics I didn't get to play), I spend a lot of time on my PS3 due to InFamous, Move, Heavy Rain etc. and also a lot of time on my laptop playing League of Legends.

The game looks really gooood! It's like a copy of UT3! (in a good way!) I hope the gameplay is as good as the game looks :) if they copy UT3 gameplay, it should be fine :D

No but seriously, Fable 2 and Mass Effect sold well and they are not FPS, so I wouldn't say the XBOX360 is just for FPS. BUt I can't deny that it has a LOT of shooters, and shooters are the games that undeniably sell better.

I played Oblivion on my pc and I was BAFFLED as to how the game looked, the landscapes were AMAZING, the trees, the grass, the lighting on the characters... I still think the game looks pretty good even now.
I still have my PC... well I game on 2 PCs actually, so I get he best of both worlds. I just don't think that is fair to call the PC "the ultimate experience", because gaming in consoles is just as good. I do not mean to imply that PC no longer has good exclusives, it still does. Look at Starcraft 2 for instance. But consoles tended to have a bigger flux of good games for the past few years... Good games like starcraft 2 come to the PC's once in a while... What are you talking about? I am a Left4Dead fan, and I loved both the first and the second games and I didn't notice any "cut" of the gore on the second. If anything the second game WAS gorier, you could chop down zombies with a Katana for f***s sake. Or maim them with a chainsaw...

I myself, have a PC. A PC good enough to play every game out there. And I still miss some of the Xbox360 exclusives:
Fable2 (I loved the first)
Halo 3 (I loved the first, the second was meh)
Alan Wake (I know it wasn't a masterpiece, but still seemed interesting.)

Hum, I tought that the Xbox360 had no hard drive by default, thus preventing many people from downloading content for their console... specially downloading content that would have been on the game disk, if only Microsoft didn't decide to use outdated DVD tech.
