MS are looking at live gold and Netflix, which gave them this idea. Ms making around 500m per month from gold subs. 55-60m sub x $10(or $5) if even a quarter of those subs join game pass That's another $150m a month that can be reinvested to grow the brand. It's low risk, high reward.

I can see each access adding newly released games to the vault but with limited play time like they do with early access. Something like 24 hours of play per month for new releases till they're fully added to the vault. Maybe make it a premium access that twice as much as the norm.
