"perhaps if they weren't constantly harassed, berated, and threatened they wouldn't..."
Bro, if you think that's a reason to abstain from playing games, then nobody would be playing anything.
Online gaming is basically like being on the web: You toughen up, learn to retaliate, or gtfo :)
This sentiment goes for both male and female gamers.
Spent a solid 200 hours on Dragon Quest, another 150 on Persona 5, and like 250 on Monster Hunter... Good year though :D
The open world segment is too oversaturated anyways, so nothing lost there I suppose :)
Diversity itself isn't a problem, the problem is putting it above everything else, as is the "current" trend. This is only done to score points off of people, who couldn't care less if there's cause to fight.
Diversity for the sake of diversity is an issue, because it cheapens the plot, the characters and the structural design of both the video and the gaming industry.
It really took off during that whole ridiculous #MeToo outcry, bu...
Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm seeing and hearing as well. It's a shame really, since the game does look like something with potential
Serious question: Is there any real hype surrounding Anthem?
I was excited for about a month after the announcement, followed by the typical "EA is gonna do EA to the game I guess" :D
Hahahaha "didn't go as planned" might be the understatement of the, still very young, century 😂
I love Origins, and still play it once in a while. I gotta admit though, I really like Inquisition as well, even though it didn't quite hit as high of a note, as Origins :)
The second one was disappointingly bland though -_-
There's only one way needed: By being, you know, a good game
If they announce The World: R3 I'm gonna lose my s**t! :D
That's why I love MMO's. The common consensus in those games, were always "You ain't even begun the game proper, before you hit the level cap" :D
You can't really call it an Alpha test this close to release though. That would imply that only basics are ready, whereas I'm guessing that most of the game is done, and they're only looking for tweak optimization :)
Is Ark even smooth on anything now?
It was pretty great :)
Some people on here are just complaining because they thought they would be watching an E3 stream, and not an award show
I was pretty entertained though. It was a solid show this year :)
I think it's a great idea. There was a lot of people who never got around to playing it, myself included, because of the release window the first time around :)
Loved the game back when it originally came out. Gonna have to get myself the remaster too :D
Saw an image on Reddit after the sales numbers came in:
"EA: Don't like it, don't buy it"
"Gamers: OK"
Seems pretty accurate this time around 😂
It does say something about Bethesda commitment to content creation though
I love the Pro, no doubt about that. However, I absolutely f*****g hate, having that airport simulator in my living room -_-
