Rocksteady games wasn't well known before either and they made Batman Arkham Asylum and are making Arkham City. So pedigree isn't everything.
It's a really fun game! I think warhawk fans will like it as well. I played capture the flag MP at Seattle PAX and it was fun setting up turrets, riding in the car, getting a jetpack and then getting the starhawk was pretty awesome as well. Definitely buying it day 1.
Why would onlive do that? It makes no sense at all. They were giving away consoles free to anyone that lined up at PAX seattle that I was at and now out of no where they're going to jump into their competitors camp?
I'm thinking it'll do better on the PS3. I'm looking at our preorders and right now it's almost 3-4:1 PS3 vs. 360 at my store at least. Looking at Elder scrolls 360 has more preorders for 360 than PC/PS3 combined.
So if trends follow then Elder Scrolls on 360 will be massive and Dark Souls will do better on PS3, because the built in audiences will definitely just follow what they bought before. I could be wrong, but, based on preorders that's what'd...

I'm just going to point out Dead Island and XCOM were both initially announced as PC/360 exclusives, but, this year are now are both going to be on PS3 as well.

Also if you look at the screen they show on the link with the classes 2nd from the left on the bottom row clearly says 'Sorceror'. Hope that helps!

On the 360 at some point I'll be getting Gears 3, but, for PS3 alone just for the fall I'll be getting Resistance, Ico collection, 3rd party stuff and most importantly Uncharted 3. Plus a bunch of blurays.

Just a note to fans. I just saw a listing show up for this at my EB games where I work for the 360 as well, so if it looks like maybe 360 fans will get to enjoy this as well.
How does this guy know it's more cost effective to have less studio's? Seriously where is he getting this info? What is he basing this on? If he cited something like look at how Activision or EA have saved money by consolidating the studios or something I'd be able to see how he came to this conclusion otherwise it's all just based on random asssumptions and not facts.
I'll say yes if Sony is the game publisher and yes for Nintendo as well. EA/Activision not so much unfortunately.
Phones will have more power, but, they also suck up a lot of power and I don't do any gaming on my phone at all and just texting drains the thing like crazy. I actually need my phone for what I got it for not gaming. So more cpu or doesn't mean anything if your phone dies and you were needing it for work or whatever and you missed that important call/text because of gaming.
