Yeah would be nice to see numbers. The ratios I mentioned were from Sony. I think they were discussing areas they wanted to work on. Those two being so lopsided did not need as much attention. They weren't as strong in the U.S. so that was one of their prime targets along with the U.K.
They seem very focused on attacking any week links they see and building off their success. So far it seems they have been pretty successful it seems.
Places like France are 9-1 and Germany is 3-1 or 4-1 even in favour of PS4. It's definitely PlayStation nation there.
I have a very tough time believing this article. The writer claims to be a 'techie' then compares specs and gets it wrong.....

Didn't he say he was a 'techie'? Because I am pretty sure PS4 has DDR5, not DDR4 RAM.
Not sure the person who wrote the article even researched anything. It's pretty sloppy for a new article. It even has Uncharted 4 listed to come in March when it's been moved to April.
It was the worst selling bundle for my store during the fall. Xbone sales were up due to it being Christmas and the amount of discounts and free games given away. Also Tomb Raider didn't sell particularly well, 1/3 of my stock wasn't sold so much as given away for free with any Xbox One purchases during our fall promotions.
They did this with the most recent Zelda Triforce version, the 2 versions of Smash Bros., Pikachu 3ds, Shin Megami Persona Q, and both X&Y 3DS XL as well. So it is pretty common for Nintendo.

I have owned all consoles in the previous gen. This generation I haven't seen any reason to spend $500+ to play the 2-3 games that I am interested in on Xbone. When it's significantly cheaper then it'll happen. Regardless you asked and if your post history weren't what it was people would probably be more inclined to care what you say.
There not just dominating sales. They have more new IP's, more 1st and 3rd party support and more games in general. So they're dominating in all the important aspects. Also they have top software sales as well.
Basically if you pre-ordered before the 19th at Gamestop you're fine. If you did after that date your order is cancelled. Mainly due to high demand and Nintendo not being able to fill the ordered amount forced them go allocate it.

If you placed your order before November 19th you are fine. If you pre-ordered it after the 19th at Gamestop then your order has been cancelled due to allocations placed on it. Basically Nintendo did not make enough and Gamestop was forced to make a cutoff date to fix the situation.
The cartridge is special because it has all 3 parts on a SINGLE cartridge. It's the only way to get all three like this. It's not a download. So if you can obtain it you should not just because of how rare it will be. Having all three in one cartridge is going to be convenient as well.
Except Sony also had top software sales so that means more gaming on PS4 is done in general according to logic, so maybe you should try to base things on reality instead of conjecture.
I work at EB Games, but, Xbox Ones were still cheaper. Gears bundle was $350. Also incentives like giving away Tomb Raider free or Rare Replay free. Also buy Halo 5 of Tomb Raider and get Rare replay free or buy Rainbow 6 and get Halo 5 free. MS threw everything and the kitchen sink to try to win.

You know it's funny you say that because I do the marketing in my store and you know I still have my Microsoft banner up in my window since December with the "Greatest Lineup in Xbox history" and you know which games are featured along with Halo, Gears and Forza? Wouldn't you know 3rd party games! Black Ops 3, Fifa 16, Star Wars Battlefront and Tomb Raider! I know shocking right?

They're paying for the development so you knew they were going to. How is it different from "Only on Xbox One" branding? It's branding regardless.
When is PC not the best version? Your talking about an ungradeable PC versus a console. It's like saying wow my Ferrari is faster than your Lancer and laughing about it. Would that be shocking somehow?!
That image of Ryu etched on a Red system or Grey system would make me go out and buy another PS4.
