Maybe watch the trailer again where it specificly says Sony Interactive Media. Also Mark Cerny is listed as a producer for the game at the end of the trailer.
Marvel wants to work with the best studios to get the best product out to their customers. They want to reframe their image. Do you think that Marvel movies are amazing? Probably yes by my guess. Do you feel the same way about the last decade of Marvel games? I doubt you will be able to say the same. The games have been poor to mediocre at best.

The general public doesn't know about the Neo so it won't affect the buyers decision. The minority (i.e. us informed from sites like N4G) of us care. Most of my customers won't know unless I tell them and even if I offered it as an option I would delve into whether they have a 4K TV otherwise it's kind of spending extra money for no benefit.

I agree. When the action sequences do happen they're amazing, but, more amazing because the story has built to that end. GitS is an amazing franchise. Can you imagine if Sony 1st party could make a game.
