Unfortunately for them, buying gaming's biggest IP means jack shit if the games based on them are trash e.g. Halo Infinite. That was THE biggest Xbox IP. I am confident they will water down and ruin the IP they have bought as well.
I've always said, although MS and Sony are both corporations, Sony to a much greater extent sees games as an entertainment medium ( similar to movies and music ) and understands the value of creativity and production values associated with such.

Pretty much all the games from Playstation first party ( and most 3rd party exclusives ) meet your requirements. Full game on disc, no microtransactions on single player games....all that good stuff. Maybe start playing the right games.

The only issue I see is that, as you mentioned, they have only done Forza games. An RPG is completely different requiring completely different facets.
