they seem to be consistent, but yeah they are going to be a bit biased.
Best racing game ever and 9.5 is off but so is every review that comes out.
Also, there is no point in comparing it with GT, since GT is not released and we don't know anything about.
I would have bought FF7, but I already played and obsessed over it.
I played a little bit of FF7 again couple months back on PS1, but it's too much of a time commitment to even begin.

If people stop buying 360 when RROD happens and their guarantee expires then MS would be in big trouble.

The cut scene and dialogue were fun and hilarious.
But still, I would only play it for the story, not much else.
Warfare 2 will win I think for 3 reasons:
It's multiplatform
It's a FPS
It comes out late.
U2 will be the better game at the end tho. That's what matters, not a GOTY title attached to its name.
MS also seems to be dumping on hardcore gaming all together /XD
