Ha! No product placement intended (unless Square Enix plans on giving me a bit of the earnings). And I know it'd be getting out of the formula a bit, but I'd really love to see them shake things up and do a Zelda game like this.
Kotaku has been nonstop with the PS3 articles, the vast majority being negative opinion pieces. It's getting tiring.
You made an error in your review: the game is set to be 40 bucks, not 60. Amazon actually had it down to 34.99 at one point but i think it's since returned.
Otherwise, I agree with a lot you said based on the previews/reviews I've seen. It feels like they took Wii Sports and made a Move version. Also, why take out Gladiator Duel? Out of all the previous sports, that was just as good as Archery. And why not give the game some charm? It's realistic and straight-forw...
Everyone understands dp didn't write this, right? Don't take it out on him!
Clearly something has to be wrong on your side with the Indian account. Your US one works fine. It's just your Indian parental settings. Maybe you did it by accident, maybe one of the games somehow did it, maybe it's a default setting for Indian servers. But if everything else works fine, it's not like Sony did it on purpose.
I'm really hating all of this Sony hate that's been raining down on them lately for the randomest reasons. That's annoying.
Why the hell would they write that? First of all, Sony is a corporation. Businesses need you to buy stuff to survive. Economics 101. Secondly, Sony never forces anything down people's throats. They've been giving away more things lately than charging for it. PS+ is 50 bucks for what must be hundreds of bucks worth of free games (just this summer alone). Online is free, unlike Microsoft. What the hell is that person talking about?
From what I understand this DLC may have you play as Aria instead of with her. But even if that isn't correct info (that i've recently heard) if they've tweaked it, extended it, made it twice as big as previous DLC... what else do you want?
Sure they cut it. Maybe it's because the game was getting too long. Maybe the pacing didn't fit in well with the script they had then. Maybe it was underdeveloped. I'd rather have a fully realized segment of story t...
Jack was my romance and I also felt a little cheated by the lack of involvement they put towards their relationship. But I still cherished what I could of it, I guess. And there was an odd sense of non-closure at the end of the game, and I was hoping that the Extended Endings would show more of your Paramour's reaction/ending to your choice.
"It was originally suggested that the protagonist be a handsome knight, but something about the little skeleton minion struck a chord with the designers and they decided it would make for a much more interesting story to have the Dark Lord’s own peon save the day. Dokuro may not be the hero the Princess expected, but he’s the only one she has..."
Love the idea behind the hero. It's secretly a love story that most people have experienced. The love angle isn'...
I loved Blackrock, and Split/Second is to this day one of my all-time favorite race games. I'm glad that some of them moved on to do a new studio, but as far as I know they only design for iOS games, so i'm a little heart broken.
You have the name of the company correct here, but the article is peppered with "DONTNOT" as their name on at least two of the pages. Please correct. This company is trying hard to make it and they don't need what should be respectable journalists screwing up their name.
I really loved Blood 2. Played it a lot, and it was one of my first PC FPS games. He needs to resurrect this. I'll donate to a kickstarter campaign in a heartbeat
I love the name of this site
I personally didn't care much for No More Heroes (originally a Wii game) but I really love any attention given to Valkyria Chonicles. Damn good game, lots of content, lots of strategy, criminally overlooked.
Alliteration ftw!
Interesting theory. Like ME's Indoctrination theory, there are some holes, but it's an interesting theory nonetheless. I'm going to keep it in mind when I finally replay FFVIII after the PSOne firmware comes to the Vita
Dude, at least their rumor gave us some fricking news. That rumor may have gotten more hype behind it, but many gamers questioned the status of this vaporware since we get one nugget of info a year with the project director continually saying just "Be patient with us" along with it.
Also, that same director said he just came out of us a meeting discussing the design of one of the cities... this project should be close to coming out after 6 years of development, i do...
As far "blending in" I assume that--if they really play up this period of time--she'd be unnoticed in some areas because slaves were looked down upon as inferior. To some she's just a negro girl on an errand. In some other places, I assume she'll have trouble if seen, although AC has this in the game design when assassins are caught trespassing.
Also, I agree to your point, and NukaCola, you may not look at race as major, but it's not very often you ...
Hell, how many black characters in general have been main characters in fighting games ever?
You know what made me laugh but totally applies to this? I was watching Archer last night, and remembered that Ray has been called the only hillbilly gay white conservative republican christian secret agent ever.
The level of nuances there are insane. A gay man from a part of the south that stereotypically doesn't favor homosexuality, who believes in a political party and believes in a semi-fundamentalist approach to christianity, both of which would deem his lifestyle a...
