Maybe the 360 can get their MGS4 port in the form of 2 DVD's with all the cutscenes on 720p cause is they put them on 1080p then you guys would need 3 disks.
Look at the bright side of this, you guys won't be able to play the game but at least you will be able to keep up with the story :)
why you take the IGN review like it is 100% fact??? having played the demo i really think a 7.5-8 range is the true deserving score for this game. I actually believe that it was IGN's review the one that was off, i dont know why cause they are pretty solid at reviewing games
the environments looks awesome, the characters look awful...

its obvious the game is not worth a 4.5, but stop for a second and think about it, this game was supposed to come out like 2 years ago and they delayed it for this?? i mean, they should have done like splinter cell conviction and go back to the drawing board once they saw MGS4...how the hell does Free Radical has the face to ship this game knowing how call of duty 4 looks and plays, Resistance 1(launch title) and what the hell, even Halo 3 looks better...its a shame and i dont even want to me...

for the fact that other developers have been able to get 720p or 60 fps without problems... (Burnout, Call of Duty, Uncharted, Unreal Tournament etc etc) so this is clearly a developer not being able to program on the PS3. Why all the delays? cause they had no clue what they where doing. GTA IV may render at a higher resolution on the 360 but i own both versions and the PS3 looks better mainly because the 360 has a "grainy" look (like and oil painting) while the PS3 version looks sh...

a heavy hitter on a console is an exclusive title that will move high quantities of hardware...Halo 3, Gears, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear etc etc, talk to me after Metal Gear Solid 4 comes out...360 is doomed, PS3 out sold the 360 world wide on 07 even with M$ "heavy hitters" (Halo 3 anyone??) so to claim that the PS3 didnt catch up to the 360 with GTA 4 is a stupid comment (even thought it moved more PS3's than 360s)...who on their right mind set will buy a PS3 if they already own a ...

im getting it on tuesday just for the multiplayer...the game is not a master piece, but the gameplay is solid enough IMO...hopefully the multi-player is lag free and ill be set
to make the achievements so they can also be unlocked on player matches so the achievement whores can make their own stupid rooms and the legit plsyers wont have to deal with them on ranked matches...

dont forget about Gears of War 2...Gears 2 and Ninja Gaiden 2 are the only titles im getting for 360 this year unless they come out with a Ghost Recon game before holidays.

a lot of people enjoyed GTAIII the most because it was innovative at that time, no other game did what GTA3 did, but IMO SA took all that to a new level with all the gameplay options it provided. GTA3 was the most challenging though, and Vice City well who didnt love Vice City sound track and clothe?
