That's part of my point. Elite dangerous just dropped and got on with it. It might be similar in quality to no mans sky. It is just hugely hyped, to the extent you have to wonder if the ps4 fanboys even know what they're hyping ?
I'd say 60 is better, but it doesn't always make a huge difference. There are games where i'm not that bothered if the 60 isn't there. I'd just prefer it to be, especially in racing/sports titles where things move fast. When console fans talk about witcher 3, they rarely talk about fps.
If you had a nintendo before, you wouldn't have had access to alot of multi plstform titles. These are non exclusive games. There are a ton of those you would potentially like. You might like something like Battlefield 4 for example. Most games mentioned so far are console exclusive, just like splatoon is to nintendo.
