I played beta/10 hour trial and thought 'thanks for the free game'. No purchase. Just severely lacking.
I hope you get at least 200hrs out of it. It's just a pitty man folk will not because they don't like dlc or can't fit dlc into their budget. Alot of younger ones can't buy it buy it because they have no source of income. I'm just wondering what they will get for retail price.
Consumers falling into trap. Ubisoft now in a position to withold content due to positive over reaction of fans. This game looks very good, but you really have to question how much you'll have to spend on extra content to get a diverse experience. I suspect i'll wait.
Much bigger world. Last thing we need is another rushed game published by EA.

Higher game cost and lesser performance on xb1, and to top it off we've to pay for a subscription. Ain't chuffed really. I'll have to cut back on buying for xb1.
The fella above commented that he'd buy the game if the reviews were favourable. If i were to be influenced, it would more likely be by the numerous people on sites like this who pay for the game.
I don't care much about reviews. Sometimes you just have to get it.
I think people have are right to not be best pleased. The best place to play xb1 games is not on the xb1. This shouldn't be the case. To make matters worse we pay more money for a game. I can understand why they're doing it, but it doesn't take away from the fact it tarnishes the xbox brand.

Some people keep talking about what's best for microsoft, but what about subscription paying xb1 players. Why should xb1 players pay a sub and higher game price ? I won't be satisfied until game prices for microsoft games are the same on pc and xb1. If pc players don't need gold, then why do console players ?
If a $60 game cost $30 on pc, this means you'd save $600 within 20 titles. Add that to the $300 -$400 cost of a console, you'd have a $900-$1000 pc for the same price as an xb1 if you buy 20 titles. I think that would out peform a xb1 comfortably. I see pirates smiling.
Some people fail to understand a simple fact. XB1 'exclusives' are now dead in the water. As a xb1 player i want xb1 games to be digitally lowered to the same price pc players will play(for the better experience). I pay full console price and will be restricted to 30fps probably, yet pc players will have an option of paying less to play the same game with a better performance. Consoles are judged on performance and exclusives. It's now obvious that the best way to experience xb1 is to buy a gaming pc. It's not about my 'precious box', it's about identity. If i had the money i'd consider switching myself.
I feel as if xb1 has lost its identity somewhat. It's kind of becoming the spare part of the gaming world, while ps4 goes from strength to strength. There is the argument this will strengthen the microsoft gaming division, but i dunno. I'm a bit dissapointed in them.
