There's a bunch of xbox haters intent on slating absolutely anything xbox. If sony announced a ps4 with in built power supply and 4k video capabilty for $299, aswell as a 4k console with 6tf, it would have been reported as a remarkable mega bomb. As it's xbox the usual haters are hell bent on putting a negative slant on it. N4G is becoming ruined by the saturation of anti-xbox articles.
All his criticisms could be aimed at pc gaming. The fact is quite alot of console players want more power. It's nothing to do with him what we want.
Microsoft could give away free money, and many gamers would complain about the colour of it. Every criticism of the scorpio could also apply to the pc market. Let xbox at least show the fecking console. Wasn't that long ago ps4 fanboys told us about the importance of graphics etc...now that xbox will have the most powerful console, it's suddenly all about the games.
Slowing it down isn't needed. It's borderline ignorant. I'm sure ps4 players have played games of titanfalls pace and faster. Infact from my experience UC4 is faster.

Something is only outdated if it doesn't meet what you personally require. To me the scorpio won't be outdated for a long time becuse i don't need more than 60fps, and well 4k gaming will be fine for a long time to come. I'm not really a 'have to have' person.
I'd say whilst the pc has 'exclusives', quite alot of those could end up on the scorpio. The reason why people will still buy xb1 is because of it's price. A small console, that's quiet and can play videos at 4k. It will always appeal to those of us who prefer plug and play, with games against people who don't use mouse and keyboard. It really is value. Many xb1 gamers can't afford a pc, or just prefer simplicity...just like myself.
I'm fine with it being xbox/windows 10 now that the Scorpio has been announced. If pc players buy enough games then xbox players benefit, and vice versa. The important part is that games sell enough copies so that team xbox can have cash to invest in more.
I'd be too scared to touch one of these consoles incase i drop it. Delivery guy would have to put it on the fooor for insurance purposes.
It's not difficult to understand. Team xbox are offering options to best suit your budget. The slim is basically a smaller xb1 that can play 4k blu rays. It's cheap. The scorpio will be more expensive, and be aimed at seasoned gamers and the VR crowd. They both play the same quality games, and offer good experiences. I've noticed this myself. They criticise console progression and xb1, but they will be forming an orderly que for games like FH3. Haters. Plain and simple.

Sure this isn't them more stepping further into the hardware market ? If all of their consoles can run the same game, then i think they're more thinking of updating hardware through shorter cycles, whilst constantly adding to the user base. If you create a brand new cycle with a brand new console, you're in danger of losing customers to a rival product in a new gen. It does. Things like Overwatch show that's there's a want for games where enjoyment comes first. I think people will have a good laugh trying to repair the ship, whilst cannons are creating havoc. XB1 and windows 10 players will buy into it i'm sure.
Wasn't a game changer. Felt more like xb1 e3 2015: part 2...with a megabomb thrown in. The Scorpio is big news, no matter which way you look at it. At the end of the day though, it's going to be a busy holiday period on all platforms. Exclusives and multi platforms will be plenty for most.

Microsoft had to strengthen xb1 division with the scorpio. They want young people to think of MS as a strong brand, with strong products, from consoles, tablets and phones etc. It's a good move, and i hope it's successful.
It would be decent of me fellow pirates if yea were to drink real alcohol whilst playin this game. Especially whilst yea be inside the in game tavern. Any disagreement could be settled with a little innocent sword fight outside.
