I'd be a hypocrite for being overly critical considering i bought gtaV again. From recolllection i think it was full price on 'new gen' consoles. What is unfair is that pc players get a free update. So i'd certainly not buy it because of that. Plus bethesdas dlc practices for fallout were not to my liking. So i'm out.

Too much dislike from pc players towards MS. The very same pc players who benefit greatly from xb1 games being on windows 10, plus if games for the Scorpio target 4k, high spec pc players will benefit again. Odd bunch.

Had the MC collection, and i couldn't properly get into it. It's slightly frustrating, because i really wanted to like Halo, plus the cinema aspect they added into the collection was awesome. It just didn't happen for me.

There would have been some unhappy faces at Sony when the Scorpio was announced. It's not solely because of the power of the console, but more the business implications. Sony can forget about another 'new gen' console release. The Scorpio is too powerful for any next gen to be relevant. We're going down the upgrade route, and Microsoft appear to be better prepared.

Of course it makes sense. It means your current console will last longer. Devs will be able to make games for the current consoles and all the upgrades at the same time, as opposed to generations moving people en masse. You can now chose when your new generation is.
