I find criticism of dc by ps4 players a bit odd. It's a great looking game with a superb dynamic weather system. Some people appear to have it in for what is a very decent arcade racing game.
I felt the same after the beta. I gave it another go after it hit the access vault, and i think it's a very good BF. Just gottae get through the initial part as things happen very quick. Takes a while to get used to.
First party single player i.p's that are expensive to make aren't selling huge units on xbox. Therefore the shift then goes to games that keep the base together, and adds to the xbox's social society element, which is multiplayer focused games. These games also help with monthly and yearly subs. Just because it doesn't have as strong single player games as ps4, it doesn't mean xbox isn't strong in other areas.
Apparently loot crates are more damaging than a day 1 game missing key features.

Weather systems are a huge part of racing games, which usually get scored on the day 1 product. I tend to agree on tracks to an extent, though licensed tracks are usually a plus. I can't help but feel fanboys are trying to score this with Forza in mind. For anything to be a 9 or 9.5, it usually needs to need more than a game with I.O.U essential content.

Let's be honest, if it wasn't on ps4 it wouldn't be getting biased reviews. No rain, dynamic weather, 3d puddles or real tracks. Add to that the 4th rate collision physics, and some are trying to pass this off as a 9.5 ?

I'd disagree. I'd say it's only a gamble if there's the potential to lose. The only way to lose in a loot box is receiving a duplicate. Not getting to pick is not a gamble when you are guaranteed a return on your money.
They are gambling unless you are guaranteed a new item each time you purchase a box. To pay money via a random process for something you already have should be considered a gamble.
From recollection i'd say this doesn't look much better than 1080p on ps4.

Thanks Jay. When i saw a release date for Dec 4 for Yak 2, i foolishly assumed it was a western release. Now i can take my time more. I don't have a ps3, so i guess for me after 0 and Kizami 1, it'll be straight onto 6. These games are proper re-masters.
Completed Yakuza 0. Well i done the story line, but apparently i only completed 21% of the game. I've started Kiwami, and isn't Kiwami 2 coming out soon. How many games was until i reach Yakuza 6, and will they all be re-mastered ? ...oh, and does every game take place in the same town, apart from 0 ?
What makes it worth buying despite a lack of new tracks ?...bare in mind i use a controller.
For anyone who got forza 7, is it worth getting if i already have forza 6 ?
Why is GTS considered a Sim when it has Watch Dogs 1 driving collision physics ?
