there would be world peace
but with a game like GT5, the amount of content you can have in the game is endless,
over a 1000 cars, 80 tracks, full customization of vehicles....that alone should warrant $60 dollars and make it a complete game...
i understand your reasoning when it comes to shooters and other genres...every time you see a new game come out, two weeks later...."new DLC on the horizon???" and that sort of stuff...case in point Splinter Cell, Heavy Rain etc.
why would you be angry? what you will get with GT5 is unmatched anywhere when it comes to re-playability...i know that there will be a demand for more cars and tracks and customization of vehicles....what you will get with the game is months of pure fun and entertainment....unlike crappy DLC that you get from other devs with shooters and third person games, at least you will know that what you get from Yamauchi will be the best that it can be...i know that when i got done with GT3 and GT4 i w...
dont doubt the man...if he needs that time to get everything he wants in the game so he can sleep at night, then let him do it...in the end the final product will be amazing
i hope they show something better and more intuative than this at E3....it gets old when you keep seeing the same game with nothing really new about it other than it being played in another environment
thanks on the insight....i dont own an eye toy...so i was just wondering what the set up would be
it made me laugh...but it does bring up good points...especially about Gamestop
i wonder if the little stand is able to clamp on to the tv or if it sticks to the top...because looking at it the way it is...it could be knocked over on accident
its cool to see it up close like this...i wonder if this is what will be shown off at E3 as the official product
even if he does get angry due to the "completion" of the game, the strong community support for GT5 and the endless feedback will keep Yamauchi busy...i can see many patches along with DLC, all to make the game that much better and realistic
first they bash console games...now they bash the consoles themselves....every article on Crysis 2 either deals with how it was impossible to do on consoles, how the PC version is going to OWN, how KZ2, Halo, MW2 are pathetic when compared to Crysis 2...i really dont understand how bashing a product that is suppose to make you money a sound business decision...its like they keep making excuses for themselves if the game doesnt do that well, and what we will get is "oh, they are console p...
give the 360 gamers a browser and they will find everything that this supposed Platinum service will offer
and if it is going to offer so many movies, what is the point of Netflix integration with the 360??
just imagine if a game like Okami or Shadow of the Colossus were movies....we all know Ebert would be giving it two FAT thumbs up
pretty cool...i understand the T rating now...the guy at the cabin takes an axe to the neck and no blood....i do like the UC2 styling near the end when the bridge is going out and the player has to watch their step
True...but Turn10's bashing of other racers and GT5 would only backfire on them if they had spent another year in production...that would have meant that Forza would have went up against GT5...and you could imagine the fanboyism that would occur if that happened...
i understand your reasoning....but when official Sony reps keep telling us "ohh dont worry you will see it Spring '09, definitely by the end of '09," it makes gamers angry since you are promising them the flagship franchise of the Playstation brand....what i would like to hear from them is, "hej, the game is still in the process of being completely fine tuned so that we can bring you the best experience possible" "as for a release date, hopefully we can bring you that...
fix the bugs, online and glitches of the 2nd and GeoW3 will be a major success...improve upon the story and give a grand finale at the end....
diverse enemies and some awesome set pieces will set it apart from other TP shooters
my two cents...i hope the game does end up doing well...it should be a fitting conclusion to the series
sony should have allowed one of its first party devs to create the avatars...when you are in Home it feels so cumbersome...the characters move slow and the animations are not the best...this is why a company like Naughty Dog or GG should have been given reign over character design...not being able to jump over a little curb is a FAIL for me...it needs to be more accessible and easier to use...
I doubt numbers 2 & 3...Bungie's focus will only be Reach, there will probably be playable booths, if they were to bring in a new game it would only be overshadowed by the Halo name...MS and 3D, i doubt this due to the fact that MS has been working hard(hopefully) on Natal...plus i dont think that it would be a smart business decision since Sony has been working on this for awhile...you could just imagine the flamebait articles and fanboyism going across the net about how one is better th...
what was the point of this article??....what was the reason???...thats like somebody playing a demo and saying "ohh man idk about this game, ive played only 10 minutes of it and i feel like its going to be terrible"...give the game a fair chance, wait until its release and then critique it....this though was just pointless
its already $8 a month and you want to increase it by including something that is found on the net for free??
it better be optional, and like i said before...give the 360 gamers a browser and they will find all of this entertainment on their own and no fees whatsoever
