the same issue gets raised with Hollywood and the Fashion Industry...where do you think the videogame industry got its influence...those 2 came before gaming and they went off of what those industries were doing....its the same article just being discussed through a different perspective...this time not being the fashion industry and Hollywood
yeah, but when you look at the diff versions of the PS3....the only difference is HD size..only the 60gb PS3 had a feature that the others didnt which is BC with PS2 games...everything else comes in the box...the same thing cannot be said about the Arcade and Elite versions of the 360...one is a starter console and the other is for gamers...as for the PSP, i cant argue with that
Twisted Metal PS3
you know what the sad part is....EA could incorporate the World Cup in the FIFA games....i mean it is called FIFA!!....but noooo....EA will wait 4 years just so they can make an extra buck instead of making FIFA more immersive by including the world cup along with league play....A superstar mode in which you have your player grow and eventually play for their home nation would be awesome...id buy that FIFA game day one
its talking about 360 exclusives, not multi-plat games...the only one you list is Alan Wake...its nice to see that the game is doing well...hopefully it will keep it up
you want an over-the-top crazy and memorable experience? you go with GoW III....every boss battle will amaze you....im not trying to down-play RDR....they are 2 different games....i just felt like GoW III was all in your face...and all you could do was go WHOAAA
damn...i dont want to feel sorry for the guy because thats not what he wants....respect for him being able to enjoy something that most would have given up on a long time ago
what would be an awesome "trump card" would be online support for these PS2 games...imagine bringing back all the classics and then having MP support for them through PSN....i would be amazed
"we've got approximately 8 hours to stop that from happening, we will stop that from happening"
well put good sir....well put
gameplay wise....it looks like a mix of Lost Planet+Mass Effect...thats just me
if this had Madden plastered all over it along with the NFL license....i can only wonder what score the game would get then
am i missing something or did April pass a long time ago
if hollywood actually took videogames seriously...some of these great story driven games like ME would actually translate well on the big screen...if they allowed a guy like Neil Blomkamp to direct this (the guy who made District 9) i would go see ME day one....his style and artistic direction would make ME awesome
i already brought this up in the other Natal article/video....you have 4 people jumping in trying to play the game...but you dont see any video of all 4 and their movements on screen...i just want to see how Natal is able to handle so many movements at once...because when the camera does pan back to the tv screen...you can clearly see awkward and abrupt movements from the mans/fathers avatar...idk if that is Natal picking up on the kid and at the same time the guy or what??....its one of thos...
i can see how little kids could be excited by this...its clear in the video...but when you see the 2 adults and then both kids jump in and try to move around...the camera doesnt show the on screen action or if it is even capturing all of the movements.....what was awkward was the way Natal responded to the kids abrupt movements.....it looked weird to me....i really do hope these games have tutorials b/c the way that woman tried to play a simple game of bouncing balls was just..........uhhhhhh...
for a guy thats so good...you actually bitch about the controls....nice Oxymoron smart guy...."its like the controls are so hard, but im still TEH AWESOMEST!!"
OMFG....do people even know what the definition of "NEW" is anymore??
for a company that pumps out games every year with little to no improvement or innovation, case in point "EA Sports"....and then say that
“Online Pass is a way for us to frankly bring more digital experiences quicker. If it is going to be successful, it is up to us to create compelling, fresh, 365-days a year, digital experiences.".....is a complete FAIL on their part
idk if im missing something, but i havent noticed anything new or exciting f...
and in what sense is the sony commercial a bad ad??...it actually pokes fun at this guy's argument....the fact that the graphics are so awesome that someone would mistake it for a movie...the whole point was to make people have a laugh or two
and as KB put it, we all know why its "Not An Issue" lol
a controller, the camera and a game for under $100...not bad....i wonder how many different bundles will be released after the conference is over
