uhh why would you say that?? have you not read any of the crackdown articles on this site...there are plenty of people who are excited for the game and they cant wait for it to come out....
and T9X69....the fact that you had to go make that statement says that you only want a fanboy response from somebody since you have nothing constructive to say....you could have said that you agree with the guy you are replying to, but i guess that is too much
4. Xbox 360
3. Atari 2600
2. PS2
1. Nintendo Entertainment System-3rd Generation
sony should have allowed one of its 1st party devs to program and build the Home Avatars....being able to move faster, jump over obstacles have more freedom with your Avatar is what is missing from IMO....it just feels cumbersome when i have to go around a small curb instead of just jumping over it
it never hurts to have new characters....plus Nintendo is great at tying all of its IPs together into one game...just look at Smash Bros......if they can make new characters and tie them into some of their classics then people will like it....i know i would...it would be something new and it will allow for new stories, gameplay and just overall fun
what about customization?? if they allowed players to make their own vehicles and or characters that would make people come back to the MP constantly....another would be a map editor...something similar to Modnation Racers, but with the style and feel of a Twisted Metal game
i could see the next iteration being much more of an entertainment system...Sony has learned a lot this gen about connectivity and what they are offering through their online service....everything the PS3 has now is great...i just want to see them improve on every front, make everything more streamlined, and connected with one another
smart man....idk why people are getting upset about Plus...just wait until the holidays when we see new content and games coming out on a constant basis...there will be a lot of value in Plus....it can only get more diverse and rich content the further we go with this feature
the only thing i was surprised by was that you had to go through the PS Store to get to Plus...i havent seen a PS + icon on the XMB yet...something that is a little more refined and has its own style compared to the PSN store rather than the store itself would make Plus a little more flashy and you would get the feeling that it is something separate from the store...
care to explain what Milo was then Mr. Molyneux?? i think it was called a tech...........hmmmm what was the word......DEMO
if its able to pull off an LA Confidential feel and story i'll be very excited for this game...i hope they were inspired by that movie
what would make more sense is for the ESRB to rate games by age group rather than E, T and M...something along the lines of 5+, 13+ and 17+....seeing numbers makes parents actually use common sense, if their kid is 12, then something rated 17+ isnt for them...looking at the letter M, most dont even know what that means...i have seen this happen in stores before....they completely overlook the rating and just buy the game for their kids anyways
rated M for mature....lol
dude...i had to read your comment to even get what was going on...and after i did i lol'd and then facepalmed at myself for being slow
why cant Nintendo remaster the N64 version for the Wii, like the PS3 with its PS2 titles...i think that move would be cool along with the new Goldeneye to see where Activision stayed true to the formula that made Goldeneye 64 the defining shooter on consoles
would have loved to see the guy put the camera in the cockpit view during the night rally race....that would have been awesome to see
to be fair...a good amount were movie licensed games...and others were on a budget...so its understandable as to why the games underperformed...although Haze was overhyped and under delivered on its promises of being a next-gen shooter...Perfect Dark was launched along with the 360 in '05...devs were just figuring out the machine...and we have seen a steady increase in graphics on both the PS3 and 360
a bit surprised by this....the e3 conference had me thinking the system was coming out holiday 2010 just because of the immense support the 3DS will have through 3rd party devs...then again, im sure Nintendo is making sure that the machine will be top notch when it releases, 2010 or not...
nice d-pad....plus i like the placing of the start and back buttons....pretty sleak if you ask me :)
i believe there is a bias when the employees figure out what machine you own...if i say that i have a PS3 they will let me know of a lot of PS3 exclusives along with multi-plats that have come out or are coming out...if you own both HD consoles....then this is where personal opinion comes in...2 of my friends went to the midnight release of MW2...they wanted to get the PS3 version at first and texted me if i was getting the game...i never responded and the GS employee, based on his own prefer...
the sad part is...all of these articles make the content seem as though its lacking or weak and that it is a representation of PSN and the Store itself...the ridiculous part is that the writer is somehow offended by the fact that they would lose their FREE GAMES....lets repeat that FREE GAMES...he will be putting his foot in his mouth in the coming months, especially when the holiday season rolls around
