It's different with PC games. On consoles all patches must first be sent in to Sony/MS for licensing. This could take anything from 3 days to a week.
That's the main new feature! Hence the title "Reach" - for the ladder that is.

GT's reviews are so f***** up. Look at some of the really great games that are pulled down for silly reasons, but when it comes to Halo, none of those matter.

Same crap with Gamespot too, used to be a fan of their site, but the whole Ratchet and Clank "too much variety" etc. I'm no longer trusting them. And lol at them giving Killzone 2 9.9 in graphics because the textures on the flame thrower looked weird... HELLOOO!?!?

Halo 1 was a pretty good game when It was released.
Halo 2 - not so much, good online though.
Halo 3 - lol -.- nothing new, looked bad.
Halo Wars - not gonna say anything.
Halo ODST - ... >.<

Oh, I don't think it's dead, but as a backlash to all the PS3 articles it is certainly deader than the PS3 has ever been. At least slowly dying:p
On a more serious note though, competition is good! Having two consoles fighting eachother only forces them to pump out quality titles. Just check out all the awesome PS3 exclusives! INSANE.

In some countries the word for video games is Playstation. Sony reinvented gaming as we know it today, I've had all Sony consoles and I've used thousands of dollars on games, last month i used 400$ on games, over half of them were PS3 exclusives. I loved my PS1, I loved my PS2, but I gotta hand it to Sony, the PS3 is without doubt the best console to date, I've never bought so many games as I have the last 3 years.
Well said TheRedTerror, I think it's great that RnC got him into gaming, as Crash Bandicoot on PS1 got me into gaming! All good gaming fun:D

4: I thought the terrorrist level was amazing, not because I'm a fan of shooting civilians, but because it was a really tough emotional experience, I really felt horrible, and guess what? It made me think how TERRIBLE terrorism is and how insane those people are.
Same way I see it. They've never revolutionized anything, yes they had a few cool additions, but they had to use their time on something else than reskinning -.-

Action games have Naughty dog, games with stealth and/or deep narratives have Kojima productions, platformers have Insomniac and Media Molecule and racing games have PD! All on Playstation triple-A.
Yeah, I hope they add Porche too. At least they got Lamborghini which is really cool.

I work at an electronics store here in Norway, and it's kinda funny. Ps3 sells LOADS, Wii sells about a third of the PS3, and the 360.... Well, let's just say it's not doing good.
