They really need to clean that up. PS3 appears to be in the 20's and the 360 is just screentear-palooza.
Except the 360 E3 demo had some of the worst screen tearing I've seen in many years. So yeah, go for the eye bleeding 360 version.

But MW3 DOES in fact run at 60FPS on the PS3 (especially in multiplayer). Sure the single player campaign isn't as smooth as it is on the 360 but his comment had nothing to do with comparing the two.
