To be fair, 60mph doesnt feel that fast in real life either. I think GT nailed the sense of speed. People were probably just too used to Need for Speed type racers.

Half Life 4 confirmed.
Need for Speed, NBA and FIFA run at the same resolution and frame rate on both. They arent very graphically demanding however.
CoD Ghost and BF4 run at a higher res on the PS4. BF4 also has a slightly better frame rate on PS4.
