Xbox One games not only suffered from a lower resolution but they also had worse framerates on top of that. For someone who cares so much about these differences, you sure liked to defend the X1 pretty hard.
Uh no. Witcher 3 shipped with an unlocked framerate. Thats the only reason it can run at up to 60fps but with the same low 900p resolution of the base Xbox One. It can even nosedive to the 40s in the more taxing areas due to the same weak CPU as the base Xbox One. This is no different from games with an unlocked framerate running better on the Pro with boost mode enabled.

Uhh.. no it doesnt. Unpatched games are still limited to the resolution the developers originally coded.
