Uh no... The X1 suffers frame dips at driving AND gun fights. If it was a texture streaming issue then the PS4 version wouldnt run a lot smoother during night time driving, driving outside of the city or even in rainy weather. But good job showing how much you dont know what youre talking about.

The frame rate dips are pretty bad when driving around the city.... Kinda weird it only happens during the sunny clear day times. Nights and stormy weather look really nice and run a lot smoother.

DF already analyzed the PS4 version. Its pretty much a rock solid 30fps 99.9% of the time.
GTAV isnt smoother on the X1. Gun fights have pretty bad issues. Call of Duty has screen tearing even at half the resolution.
You can tell yourself the X1 is the better performer all you want, the games that actually do peform better on it are few and far between and must make big sacrifices in the visual department.

LOL FFXIV A Realm Reborn came out in 2013. If youre going to downplay these games just because they released for last gen hardware then why talk up Titanfall, Forza Horizon 2, and Halo? They are all games you dont need new hardware for.
Ports or not these are still very high quality games that MANY people were anticipating. Some of the best games from last year being remastered with better graphics and performance? SIGN ME UP!!
