Pretty much true. You can change resolutions but the frame rate is completely locked at 30FPS. Nothing you can do about it. There are also a lot of other advanced graphics settings you can't change such as anti aliasing, anisotropic filtering, etc. Blackrock failed hard there.

A lot of commercials for multiplatform games do that. Even FFXIII had exclusive TV ads for the 360 (not like it did any good for the 360 :P).
Wow... I'm glad the only COD game I ever bought was COD4 for the PC. This one looks incredible and makes me glad that I skipped MW2 (friend bought me a used copy of WaW :P).
