OMG what a fantastic offer! Let me stop what I'm doing and run over to gamestop and preorder watch dogs instead of buying it anywhere else so I get an exclusive boost that I don't even understand yet because I haven't played the game!

Maybe they are developing a new Red Dead and are releasing RDR on PC to drive up hype? It makes sense for them to release it on PC, PC gaming is at its strongest point ever and this will definitely sell well.

Publishers are the real winners. More hype coming out of E3= better game sales.
I usually wait for trusted reviews to buy a game unless it is from developers and publishers I had good experiences with in the past. But I do agree that good trailers, whether or not indicative of the final product, do increase hype for the game resulting in better sales.

I didn't have a problem with them re-releasing tomb raider because it was a excellent game that didn't sell well the first time. If you didn't play it then it was worth the $60 for you. If you already played it then there's no point of buying it again.

I personally didn't care for Halo 4 at all.
I'm no expert but I rather have a game that looks and plays fantastic and runs at optimal resolution than a game that is 1080p 60fps and sucks, has crappy textures, and runs horrible.
